This study investigates the influence of adding Sb on the microstructure and adhesive strength of the Sn3.5Ag solder. Both solidus and liquidus temperatures increase as Sb additions increase. Adding 1.5wt.%Sb leads to the narrowest range (6.6°C) between the solidus and liquidus temperature of the solder. Adding Sb decomposes the as-soldered ringlike microstructure of Sn3.5Ag and causes solid-solution hardening. The as-soldered hardness increases with increasing Sb addition. For long-term storage, adding Sb reduces the size of the rodlike Ag3Sn compounds. The hardness also increases with increasing Sb addition. Adding Sb depresses the growth rate of interfacial intermetallic compounds (IMCs) layers, but the difference between 1% and 2% Sb is not distinct. For mechanical concern, adding Sb improves both adhesive strength and thermal resistance of Sn3.5Ag, where 1.5% Sb has the best result. However, adding Sb causes a variation in adhesive strength during thermal storage. The more Sb is added, the higher the variation reveals, and the shorter the storage time requires. This strength variation helps the solder joints to resist thermal storage.  相似文献

Colloidal nickel (Ni) nanocrystals were used to direct the synthesis of crystalline silicon (Si) nanowires in an organic solvent. The reaction temperatures ranged from 400 degrees C to 520 degrees C with pressures from 14.3 to 23.4 MPa, conditions that are well above the critical point of the solvent. The Ni nanocrystals play two roles in the synthesis: (1) Ni catalyzes the decomposition of the silicon precursors, i.e., arylsilanes, alkylsilanes, and trisilane, to silicon; (2) Ni nanocrystals induce silicon crystallization through the solid-phase alloying of Si in the Ni seeds. We call this nanowire growth mechanism supercritical fluid-solid-solid (SFSS) synthesis.  相似文献

采用单扫描极谱法(LSP)研究了葛根素的极谱行为,在建立一种简单、快捷和灵敏的葛根素单扫描极谱分析方法的同时,考察了金属离子对于葛根素极谱波的影响及其相关性质.实验研究表明:在pH=12.40的乙二胺(1 mol/L)底液中,以滴汞电极(DME)为工作电极,Pt电极为对电极,饱和甘汞电极(vs·SCE)为参比电极的三电极系统,在-0.30 V~-0.80 V之间用LSP法扫描,发现葛根素在峰电位(Ep)为-0.58 V(V,SCE)处有一个灵敏的二阶导数的极谱峰,其浓度在0.M5~5.53mg/L时峰高(Ip)与浓度成很好的线性关系.标准曲线的相关系数为0.994 9,最小检测限为0.065mg/L.在最佳实验条件下,在葛根素溶液中加入金属离子Cu2 、Al3 、Pd2 、Fe3 进行LSP扫描,发现不同金属离子可使葛根素极谱峰的峰电位产生不同程度的负移和峰高增大现象,说明金属离子和葛根素有一定的络合反应发生,因此依据实验结果,计算得出金属离子Cu2 、Fe3 和葛根素络合反应的K稳.从样品分析的结果得出,利用葛根素在Ep为-0.58 V(vs·SCE)时的二阶导数极谱波对葛根素进行极谱分析的方法是可行的.  相似文献

Nafion membranes are widely used for commercial membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) in proton exchange fuel cells (PEMFCs). The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/Nafion (PN) composite membrane has the advantages of being low in cost, high in mechanical strength, and does not swell excessively. This study focuses on the properties of PTFE/Nafion membranes and PTFE/Nafion MEAs by comparing the durability and performance of the PN MEAs to commercial Nafion 211 MEAs. In an accelerated degradation test (ADT), the characterization of PTFE/Nafion and Nafion MEAs were analyzed using in-situ electrochemical methods such as polarization curves, AC impedance, cyclic voltammetry (CV), and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The results demonstrate an increase in the internal resistance on the PTFE/Nafion MEA only. The three mechanisms behind this unique result were proposed to be: (a) Separation of the catalyst layer from the membrane due to creep deformation; (b) Separation of the outer Nafion layer film from the core PTFE/Nafion membrane due to creep deformation; (c) Degradation of the Nafion plane (or Nafion dissolution) from the PTFE surface.  相似文献

Some mechanisms of charge transport in organic semiconductors and organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells can be distinguished by their predicted change in activation energy for the current, Ea, versus applied field, F. Ea versus F is measured first in pure films of commercially available regioregular poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and in the same P3HT treated to reduce its charged defect density. The former shows a Poole–Frenkel (PF)‐like decrease in Ea at low F, which then plateaus at higher F. The low defect material does not exhibit PF behavior and Ea remains approximately constant. Upon addition of [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM), however, both materials show a large increase in Ea and exhibit PF‐like behavior over the entire field range. These results are explained with a previously proposed model of transport that considers both the localized random disorder in the energy levels and the long‐range electrostatic fluctuations resulting from charged defects. Activation energy spectra in working OPV cells show that the current is injection‐limited over most of the voltage range but becomes transport‐limited, with a large peak in Ea, near the open circuit photovoltage. This causes a decrease in fill factor, which may be a general limitation in such solar cells.  相似文献

Arsenic removal from rice by washing and cooking with water   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Two Hungarian and one Chinese rice samples were selected in order to establish the extractable arsenic content by washing and cooking in water in a ratio of 6:1, water:rice (cm3:g) by inductively coupled plasma sector field mass spectrometry (ICP-SF-MS). Total arsenic concentration of the Zhenshan 97, Risabell and Ko?röstáj-333 samples were 171.3 ± 7.1 ng g−1, 116.0 ± 3.7 ng g−1 and 139.0 ± 6.1 ng g−1, respectively, which did not exceed the toxic limits established for As in Hungary (0.3 μg g−1) or in China (0.7 μg g−1). The predominant chemical form of As in the raw rice samples determined by on-line high performance liquid chromatography and ICP-MS was arsenite. Moreover, enzymatic hydrolysis with α-amylase + protease and microprobe focused sonication proved that arsenite could be removed in the highest extent by washing and cooking, meanwhile the main As form remaining in the cooked rice was As(V). Thus, it is recommended to prepare rice-containing dishes in abundant water, which should be discarded after washing and cooking. The results were validated with a NIST SRM 1568a.  相似文献

Modality-independent elastography (MIE) is a method of elastography that reconstructs the elastic properties of tissue using images acquired under different loading conditions and a biomechanical model. Boundary conditions are a critical input to the algorithm and are often determined by time-consuming point correspondence methods requiring manual user input. This study presents a novel method of automatically generating boundary conditions by nonrigidly registering two image sets with a demons diffusion-based registration algorithm. The use of this method was successfully performed in silico using magnetic resonance and X-ray-computed tomography image data with known boundary conditions. These preliminary results produced boundary conditions with an accuracy of up to 80% compared to the known conditions. Demons-based boundary conditions were utilized within a 3-D MIE reconstruction to determine an elasticity contrast ratio between tumor and normal tissue. Two phantom experiments were then conducted to further test the accuracy of the demons boundary conditions and the MIE reconstruction arising from the use of these conditions. Preliminary results show a reasonable characterization of the material properties on this first attempt and a significant improvement in the automation level and viability of the method.  相似文献

Effective axle oils must efficiently transfer torque from the drive‐train to the wheels, while maintaining low axle oil operating temperatures. Previous studies have shown that fluids, which form thicker elastohydrodynamic (EHD) films and have lower EHD friction, have higher torque transfer efficiencies (TE) and lower axle oil operating temperatures (OT). In general, oils with higher viscosities form thicker films and those with lower viscosities have lower EHD friction. Therefore, optimizing oil's rheological properties to maximize TE and minimize OT is difficult. In this paper, we examine two approaches to maintaining high TE while reducing OT. One approach is to minimize boundary friction since previous studies have shown that the boundary frictional properties of oils influence OT and not TE. A second approach is to more thoroughly examine the effect of rheology on film thickness and EHD friction. Film thickness and EHD friction are related to the high temperature high shear viscosity and pressure‐viscosity coefficient of oils. We have found that oils with high pressureviscosity coefficients and low high temperature high shear viscosities will form thick films and have low EHD friction. This optimized combination of physical parameters, along with lowering the boundary friction coefficient of axle oils, results in oils with high TE and low OT.
